Shrimp Kebabs with Zucchini, Peppers & Tomatoes

  • 16 large shrimps
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic & Herb sea salt

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the shrimps in some lemon juice and Garlic & Herb sea salt for half an hour.

Step 2
In the meantime, slice open the pepper, remove membrane and seeds, and cut into strips. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes into rounds.

Step 3
Thread the shrimp onto skewers, alternating with the pepper slices, zucchini rounds and tomato pieces.

Step 4
Brush with olive oil and cook on a preheated and oiled grill. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn halfway through.
