Grilled Calamari

- 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) calamari
- Olive oil
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 lemon
- Basque seasoning

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Clean the calamari and cut as desired. Plunge into boiling water for 1 minute to remove impurities and precook them slightly.
Step 2
Put the calamari in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Rinse well.
Step 3
Add lemon juice, olive oil and Basque seasoning.
Step 4
Heat the grill over high heat and cook calamari approximately 6 minutes, turning about every 1 and a half minutes.
Enjoy the grilled calamari with rice or vegetables.
